The skills of McWains Chelsea Associates overlap to address a diverse set of issues inherent in Business Continuity. We recognize that our clients must deal with intricate and complex operational matters in managing risk - matters that relate to one another and thus need to be considered together. At the core of these matters is the need for protection and continuity of operations that support business processes.

No one person can have all the talent and experience needed to address all of these issues together. Our consultants have strong skills and years of experience that enable them to work independently in each of their areas of expertise and also to work as a highly efficient team.
