Developed an emergency preparedness strategy for their worldwide backbone network. This project was fundamental to attest the company's status as the world's most reliable telecommunications provider.
Developed and enhanced their Disaster Response Plan from 1990 to 1999. Additionally, installed the McWains Business Continuity Behavior Model in 1998 that is still used today for problem management. After a major acquisition, McWains developed a quality-driven Business Continuity planning process for the merged corporation, and, in 2000, McWains installed an enterprise-wide business continuity planning methodology and assisted in hiring personnel to execute the methodology. The methodology met the firm's global, regional, and business unit mandated recovery requirements.
